Disability insurance coverage provides you with a certain percentage of your earnings if you become unable to work due to illness or injury.
Short-Term Disability Insurance is fully paid by Agnico Eagle. For Long-Term Disability Insurance, coverage under the Gold option is paid by Agnico Eagle. You can increase your coverage to Gold+ using your flexible dollars and/or through payroll deductions.

IMPORTANT
Please note that Temporary employees with benefits are eligible for some coverage under YOUR BENEFITS. Consult the Program Summary and pay close attention to the footnotes to understand the nuances of your coverage if this applies to you.
