This service primarily covers care provided by general practitioners. While other specialties may be available on the platform, they may not be covered under the plan.

How to access

To use this service, log into GreenShield+:

• Click on the Telemedicine tile on the home page
• Select Book a Consultation and enter your symptoms
• Connect with a general practitioner to receive advice, prescriptions and more
